There will be no "constitutional amendment to define marriage as between one man and one woman", it is itself unconstitutional and is not going anywhere. You lost when the blatantly homophobic "Defense of Marriage Act" was struck down, you lost when California's Proposition 8 was found unconstitutional, you will lose again, you will always lose.
