The fact is because the First Nations (Native Americans) and Hawaiians want to preserve their culture and way of life they are ostracised by a government more concerned with their melting pot. White American’s see the First Nations and Hawaiians as being ungrateful but in all honesty we didn’t ask to be conquered or have the European culture forced upon us. If this helps preserve the Hawaiian culture then everyone should be all for it.
