Npower said your account had a one-off problem with an error message persistently coming up. Just before I received your letter 瞿375 was reimbursed. More though remained due, and was still elusive. After I spoke to npower it treated this more seriously and the remaining 瞿117 was then paid plus 瞿200 for goodwill.
