That assertion could cause interesting problems for the Asda public relations department. The trouble with the claim, though, is that it diagnoses people who do not recognise themselves as being ill. The idea is not impossible, but it pushes at the boundaries of language - someone is saying you are unwell whether you know it or not. There's truth in that, intuitively, but nonsense too.
